Terms and Conditions
Please note: Our Refunds, Cancellations, and Exchanges policy applies to all lessons and classes except monthly packages
Our policy is valid up until 8 hours prior to a purchased class or lesson. If less than 8 hours are remaining before your scheduled, purchased class or lesson, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange and you will be liable for the full purchase cost.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you are required to inform Balliamo Dance Academy of your desire to cancel or change your purchased class or lesson via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or telephone (07487 811600), no later than 8 hours prior to a scheduled class or lesson.
Balliamo Dance Academy is unable to refund or exchange a purchased class or lesson later than 8 hours prior to a scheduled class or lesson due to the commitment from the company to hire third-party studio space and/or instructors in advance.
If you notify Balliamo Dance Academy that you wish to cancel a class or lesson more than 8 hours prior to the scheduled date and time, then you will be eligible to a full refund. Written notification must be provided in an email (email@example.com), whereby the refund will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a maximum of five working days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after five working days, first check your bank account again to confirm that no transactions have been received.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 07487 811600.
Exchanges and Amendments
Exchanges are possible for a class or lesson on either the same day as the original booking, or for another day and time if more than 8 hours in advance of the amendment. If you need to exchange it for the same item or different class/lesson, send us an email at email@example.com or via 07487 811600. If an exchange is requested for a class or lesson of a lower value, then a cancellation (in line with the refund policy above) must be made so that a new booking can be made. If the new class or lesson is of a greater value, the difference can be paid by arranging directly with Balliamo Dance Academy via the contact details provided.
